Returns & Exchanges
At Malta Hunting Safety, we want you to have the right gear and the right fit. We offer free returns and exchanges within thirty (30) days of purchase on eligible products that are unused and in their original condition.
HARNESS EXCHANGES
Need a different size or camo pattern? Want to exchange your harness for another Malta Hunting Safety harness model? No problem.
Unused harnesses may be exchanged within thirty (30) days of purchase for:
- A different size
- A different available camo pattern or color
- Another Malta Hunting Safety harness model
If you exchange for a different harness model, any difference in price will either be charged or refunded accordingly.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must:
- Be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original components and accessories
- Not show signs of wear, use, damage, modification, or alteration
Only products that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange.
FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Eligible returns and exchanges are free and are not subject to a restocking fee.
Please contact Malta Hunting Safety before sending any product back. Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your product.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
CUSTOM & SPECIAL-ORDER ITEMS
Custom or special-order products are not eligible for return or exchange.
