The Malta Hunting Safety Field Staff program is made up of hunters who share our passion for the outdoors, believe in putting safety first, and want to help represent the Malta Hunting Safety brand in the field.
We’re looking for authentic hunters who use their gear, spend time in the woods, and are willing to share their experiences with others. You don’t need a massive social media following or a professional camera setup. We’re looking for people who genuinely believe in what we’re doing and want to help us make tree stand safety a bigger part of the hunting conversation.
What It Means to Be Field Staff
Being part of the Malta Hunting Safety Field Staff is more than putting a logo in your bio. Our Field Staff members are an extension of the brand and help us connect with hunters where it matters most: in the field.
As a Field Staff member, you may have opportunities to:
- Represent Malta Hunting Safety while hunting, at events, and within your local hunting community
- Share photos, videos, product experiences, and hunting content featuring Malta Hunting Safety gear
- Help introduce other hunters to our products and our commitment to hunting safety
- Provide real-world feedback that can help shape future products and improvements
- Participate in select product launches, campaigns, promotions, or other brand opportunities
What We’re Looking For
We want hunters who are authentic, dependable, and passionate about the outdoors.
Strong Field Staff candidates:
- Hunt regularly and actively use tree stands or elevated hunting setups
- Put safety at the forefront of every hunt
- Are comfortable sharing quality photos, videos, or hunting content
- Represent themselves and Malta Hunting Safety professionally
- Engage positively with other hunters online and in their local communities
- Are excited to help grow the Malta Hunting Safety brand
