1. Sponsor
This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Malta Hunting Safety, located in Malta, Ohio 43758 ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Malta Hunting Safety, any co-sponsor partner brands, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 PM Central Time on September 15, 2026 and ends at 9:00 AM Central Time on October 2, 2026 ("Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
Base Entry (Required):During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the official entry page at URLand complete the entry form by providing your first name, last name, and a valid email address. Submission of a completed entry form constitutes one (1) base entry into the Sweepstakes. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Bonus Entries (Optional):Entrants may earn additional entries by completing the following optional actions during the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) additional entry per action:

To receive credit for bonus entries, entrants must provide their Instagram username in the optional field on the entry form. Bonus entries will be verified prior to the winner drawing. All Instagram follows must be maintained through the winner drawing date. Unfollowing any brand prior to the drawing will result in forfeiture of that bonus entry.
Maximum entries per person:one (1) base entry plus one (1) per brand social channel followed, for a maximum of [Five (5)] total entries per person.
Limit: One (1) base entry per person, per email address, regardless of the method of entry. Multiple entries from the same person using different email addresses will be disqualified.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $XYZ. Actual value may vary. No cash or other substitution of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or around October 2nd. The random drawing will be conducted by Malta Hunting Safety or its designated representative.
The potential winner will be notified by email to the address provided at entry and/or by Instagram direct message within 10 business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days or an alternate winner may be selected. Malta Hunting Safety is not responsible for notifications that are undeliverable, lost, or delayed.
7. Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. Tax Reporting
If the ARV of the prize awarded to any single winner equals or exceeds six hundred dollars ($600), Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner for the ARV of the prize. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
9. Data Collection and Privacy
By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to the collection of your name and email address for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, contacting the winner, and sharing your information with co-sponsor partner brands as described below.
Data Sharing: By submitting your entry, you expressly consent to having your name and email address shared with “Sponsor” Your information will not be sold to any third party outside of this Sweepstakes partnership.
SMS: No SMS or text message marketing consent is collected through this Sweepstakes. Entrant data may not be used for SMS marketing purposes by Sponsor or any co-sponsor partner brand.

10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failure, or other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, lost, late, or misdirected entries.
11. Limitation of Liability
By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Malta Hunting Safety, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.
12. Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising from or related to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
13. Winner List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to info@maltahuntingsafety.com within thirty (30) days of the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
